#14 Elevate your impact on International Women's Day
Show Notes

International Women's Day is on March 8th and many organisations will be doing something to celebrate women on this day. But what if we didn't simply celebrate women, what if we took action that would change how women experience the work place? What if CEO's stood up on March 8th and shared what the current gender pay gap is within their organisation (awareness) and talked us through the steps they are proactively taking to close this gap (action) and committed to standing up again next year and reporting the progress made (accountability).  What if on March 8th we take the time to listen to the women in our organisation, we highlight the barriers they face in progressing their careers (awareness) and we identify ways to remove these barriers (action) and we commit to removing a number of these barriers in the next 12 months (accountability).

In this episode I walk you through actionable steps that will help you elevate your D&I impact. How to choose which D&I dates to celebrate and to choose the right event / initiative to help you create impact and achieve your D&I goals. It all starts with getting clear on your organisations WHY for D&I, creating SMART goals and being intentional about what you want to achieve and why.

I walk you through these steps and more inside my brand new course "how to create impact with your D&I initiatives", plus you get access to a complete D&I calendar, my uniques triple A framework, my Impact model, over 20 different initiatives to choose from plus so much more.
